Due to a change in our strategic plan, First National Bank
of the South has decided to close our wholesale mortgage division as of
Wednesday, September 2, 2009. The bank is moving away from this particular line
of business, so that we may focus our efforts and resources to be more directly
aligned with our current
strategic goals.
We will finish processing all approved applications in the
pipeline and will return loan applications and documents that have not been
approved by the end of business Friday, September 4, 2009.
